Erick Fibich

Erick Fibich MBA (Melb) FCPA, FAICD has formal qualifications in accounting/finance and has specialised in all aspects of  Business Transformation (business re-engineering, organisational change, business case and the commencement of  new initiatives). After receiving his MBA from the University of Melbourne, he has been involved in various restructuring and new initiatives for organisations operating within the USA, Europe, Asia-Pacific Region and Australia.

Previous engagements included restructuring initiatives globally at IBM’s headquarters, World Bank, US Navy, US Army, Ministry of Defence (Singapore) as well as both Federal and State Governments. After completing various assignments, he then was assigned to assist with the merger of IBM’s acquisition of PwC Consulting, the global management consulting and technology services unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers after holding positions within both firms as a Director/Associate Partner.

Erick also has been responsible for restructuring a significant business unit(US$500+million) from a loss to profitability and has previously held divisional responsibility to create IBM’s offshore programs for outsourcing resources across all of IBM’s consulting engagements within Asia Pacific, Latin American and Eastern Europe.

Subsequently, Erick has specialised in providing services to an organisation’s boards of directors for improvement and has completed various assignments for corporations, privately owned businesses, and not-for-profit entities as being on retainer for Effective Governance Pty Ltd an Australian corporate governance advisory firm.
